Tuition Details

By registering your child, you agree to pay the annual tuition as due.

  • Tuition may be prepaid at any time,  For your convenience, we have two preset payment dates.
  • Semi-annual tuition payments are due and must be received by: April 15, 2019 (No Grace Period) and October 1, 2019.
  • Please allow adequate mailing/bank transfer time.
  • Payments received after the 5th of the month will be charged a 5% late fee, with a minimum of $100.00. There is no grace period for the April 15th payment.
  • Tuition may be paid by cash, check or online bill pay. Please allow adequate mailing/bank transfer time.
  • No refunds or transfers will be allowed on prepaid tuition or registration.
  • The Five/Six Class takes several educational field trips throughout the year.  The fee will be billed in August.

   Online Tuition Pay

Online tuition payment is available with a credit card at www.thepreschool.org

Direct payments with checks or bank bill pay are still accepted, with no additional fees.

To pay tuition with a credit card:

  • Log in at www.thepreschool.org by clicking “Log In” on the top blue banner
  • Hover the mouse over your name on the top black banner and click on “My Profile”
  • Click your child’s name under “Entries that you administer” (Pay for each child individually)
  • Click on the red “Pay Tuition” link at the bottom of the profile page under “External Forms”

Please note:

  • There is a 3% processing fee to use a credit card
  • Credit cards can only be used for the standard semi-annual tuition amounts
  • Once in the Tuition Pay system, you may still opt to pay by check or bank bill pay

Terms and Contractual Obligations

  1. The Preschool Director reserves the right to decide whether the school meets the needs of the registrant.
  2. The Preschool Director reserves the right to make teacher-pupil assignments in the best interest of the child.
  3. The Preschool’s annual budget is based upon full enrollment.  Each child registered occupies a place that would otherwise be taken by another child paying full tuition.  Thus, NO REFUNDS can be made if your child is withdrawn during the school year, and you will continue to be obligated for the remaining tuition payments.  If your child withdraws prior to commencement of the school year, fifty percent (50%) of the April 15th tuition payment will be refunded only if all three of the following circumstances occur:
    • The withdrawal is necessitated by the family moving outside the Atlanta metropolitan area.
    • Written notice is given on or before June 30, 2019.
    • The resulting opening is filled on or before August 10, 2019.
  4. The registration fee of $650.00 is non-refundable and non-transferable. $500.00 of that fee will be credited toward the last tuition payment on October 1, 2019.
  5. Tuition payments are due on April 15, 2019 and October 1, 2019. Payments received after the 5th(of the payment month) will be charged a 5% late payment fee, with a minimum of $100.00.  *Please note that the April 15th payment has no grace period.
  6. A $30 fee will be charged for checks returned for insufficient funds.  Please make checks payable to The Preschool and include your child’s name on the memo line.
