Green Lot Carpool Instructions

Afternoon Carpool Green Lot

Thank you for your patience as we work through staggered, socially distant carpool dismissal.  Please watch for the officers and staff who help with carpool, follow the signs, and look for updates as we may need to modify our procedures as we move into our school year.

Cars loading Twos ONLY may pull into Green 1 lot to begin loading at 11:45

Cars loading Twos + Siblings and/or older students, wait in Green 2 lot until line pulls forward at 12:20.

PLEASE pull up as close as possible to the car in front of you.
Afternoon Carpool loading begins at 12:25.

Access carpool beginning on the north side of campus on the West Shadowlawn side of Mathieson Place. Turn right into the Green 2 Lot  and follow the directions of the officers and staff in the lot. 

Please be prepared to show your carpool number(s) to the staff member collecting the numbers in the line.  Remember that each child will have a unique carpool number this year!

A police officer or staff member will keep traffic flowing as smoothly as possible.  Please remember to follow these safety rules in the Carpool line:

• NO CELL PHONES in Carpool line. Children will not be loaded if phone is in use.
• Do not allow children to hang out of windows or the sunroof of the car
• Use turn signals, especially for officer directing traffic
• Put car in park while children are loading and unloading
• No left turn out of horseshoe unless officer signals OK
• Keep kids buckled up until you enter the horseshoe
• See map on reverse side for Green lot line-up
• If you have infant seats in your car, please move to the driver side. For safety reasons, we only load curbside and do not walk around the car.
• Pull forward or up to empty space to buckle up
• If you are also picking up a Toddler, get in the carpool line, get the Toddler and return to your car prior to 12:15 (the line begins to move)
