Reading a favorite book to children not only helps you bond with them, but also gives children a sense of intimacy and well-being. This feeling of intimacy helps children feel close to you, and the feelings of love and attention encourage positive growth and development.
Books are a part of our everyday curriculum at The Preschool for all age groups. In addition to a print and language-rich environment, a dedicated teacher works with children to nurture memory, comprehension, and imagination all while cultivating a love for reading.
